Strategy

Maybridge's property investment strategy is to invest in London residential and commercial and also throughout the UK in retail, office, industrial and leisure, in mainly income producing assets with active real estate asset management potential, property refurbishment and some selective risk adjusted development opportunities.

We buy newly completed schemes or existing residential blocks but we also take on development by planning, constructing and managing our schemes in-house.

Our real estate investment strategy is focused on providing our partners with investments that offer attractive, risk adjusted, long-term and highly diversified income returns from assets that we look to acquire at a discount to market value.

We believe in quality over quantity, and focus the business to source high-quality investment opportunities.

Our Team

Maybridge has an established reputation in the London property sector and been involved in the acquisitions and sale amounting to hundreds of millions of pounds over the last 10 years.

Maybridge Group run a number of companies, working both with joint venture partners and high net worth overseas investors which provides foundations to all the work that we do.

Our Group specialises in trading, developing and investing in London property; we identify opportunities for growth and maximised returns for investors and ourselves.

Based in London with a team of 10 people, Maybridge carries out all aspects of origination; asset management; planning; property development and debt finance in-house.

Jeremy Feldhendler

Jeremy joined Maybridge Group in 2019, he has a reputation for executing prime properties in exclusive enclaves across the City, many in excess of £10 million in value. Previously, he advised large family offices, including Ghassan Holding Group, on debt restructuring and assets refinancing. He is a trusted advisor to several West African governments, providing expertise in land acquisition, among other things.

Jeremy has been CEO of GFF Capital since January 2016, he is an African energy sector expert, and managed the development of Power Invest Dubai in West Africa. He has implemented mobile power solutions in Guinea Conakry, Mali, Tchad, Libya, Sudan, DRC, Liberia and Somalia, in projects ranging from $25 million to $1.1 billion.

Previously, Jeremy managed Africa Oil and Gas Guinea Conakry, and was relocated to northern Cyprus, where he managed their €65 million oil and gas terminal construction investment. Prior to that, he worked at Global Carbon Energy in Africa, specialising in GHG (Green House Gas Emission Reduction), where he was involved in investments and portfolio management and sat on the boards of two portfolio companies.

Elie Feldhendler

Elie is focused on residential and commercial lending activities. He has oversight of credit risk and is responsible for setting lending strategy.

Elie embarked on a career in banking and finance focusing on corporate debt, High Yield and Emerging Markets bond managing more than 200 clients.

Previously with OTCex Group as Senior Sales Specialist with a focus on senior and corporate debt.

Eric Corsaletti-Delgado

Eric founded Maybridge Group in June 2016. Prior to Maybridge Group, Eric was Head of Operations at LP Property Fund, a London based Real Estate Fund. At LP Property Fund, Eric was responsible for manifesting, structuring, and executing proprietary transactions across a diverse range of asset classes.

Previously, Eric worked as Head of Marketing & Sales at Investin Plc, London, managing High-End Residential and Commercial Property Development and Investment opportunities from Mount Anvil, Bellway Homes, CIT and L&Q. He has transacted £80 million in new build apartments.

Prior to Maybridge Group, Eric was the Director of Sales & Acquisitions at Remax London, an American international real estate company with more than 100,000 agents in 6,800 offices. A Platinum Club member in 2015 & 2016, having earned above $250,000 in gross commissions yearly and been involved in selling 10 UK developments, achieving 100 sales, selling over £150 million worth of new build property.

Eric has a B.A. in Business Management from Oxford Brooks University, Oxford, UK and a M.Sc in Finance from CASS Business School, London, UK.
